1 pkg. dark chocolate cake mix with pudding in the mix
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. water
3 eggs

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two 9 inch cake pans in large bowl, mix at low speed all ingredients until blended. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes until cake springs back in center.

Cool on racks, remove and cool completely. Frost with buttercream icing or Cool Whip. Decorate with chocolate shavings.
