WILD RICE HOT DISH 
2 lb. hamburger
2 c. wild rice, partially cooked
1 green pepper
2 c. celery, chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 lg. can mushrooms
1 can chicken & rice soup
1 onion, chopped
Soy sauce, optional

Saute hamburger, onion, celery and green pepper. Then add soups and mushrooms. Bake until rice is tender at 350 degrees for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
