BRUSSELS SPROUTS AU GRATIN 
2 (10 oz.) pkg. brussel sprouts
1 lg. onion, thinly sliced
1 med. green pepper, cut into strips
2 (4 oz.) cans mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 tsp. salt
8 slices American process cheese

Combine vegetables and salt, cook until tender. Lay cheese slices over vegetables and heat until cheese melts. Stir in cheese to mix well. Makes 8 servings.
