CAULIFLOWER AND BROCCOLI AU
GRATIN
 
1 (10 oz.) each frozen broccoli and cauliflower
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. each salt, seasoned salt and pepper
1/8 tsp. Accent
2 c. hot milk
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, drained
3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
10 soda crackers, crushed

Cook vegetables as directed. Drain and pour into 2 quart casserole. Melt butter. Stir in flour, seasonings until smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat, stir in milk. Stir over low heat until thick. Sprinkle onion, pimento and cheese over vegetables and pour sauce over all. Sprinkle with crackers and paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
