HUNGARIAN GOULASH | |
2 lb. stew meat 2 cans tomato sauce 3 bouillon cubes Flour 1/2-3/4 tsp. oregano 1 tbsp. paprika 3/4 tsp. caraway seeds Cube meat, flour and brown in a deep skillet or Dutch oven. Add a little water to loosen brown bits, then rest of ingredients. Cover and simmer for 2-3 hours. Good served over rice or noodles. |
