SWEET PICKLES - VERY CRISP 
Use small cucumbers, leave whole. Pour boiling water over cucumbers every morning for 6 days, draining water from previous morning. On 7th day add so water doesn't get flat. 8th day cut and pack in jars.

Heat and pour over while very hot and seal jars: 2 c. sugar 1/4 tsp. turmeric 1/4 c. pickling spices 1 tsp. celery seed
