SPINACH CASSEROLE | |
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach 1 lg. size Cottage cheese 6 eggs, beaten 1 stick chopped butter 6 tbsp. flour 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into sm. pieces Cook spinach. When done drain real well. Mix well with other ingredients. Pour into casserole dish. Bake one hour at 350 degrees. Will freeze well. |
