TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground chuck beef
1 medium onion, chopped fine
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. frozen peas
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. tater tots

Brown meat with onion, green pepper, salt and pepper. Place in a 9x9-inch baking pan in the following layers: Ground meat mixture, peas, diluted soup. Top with tater tots and bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, uncovered.
