“CAROLINA EASY BEEF STROGANOFF” IS IN:

CAROLINA EASY BEEF STROGANOFF 
2 lbs. stew beef
1/4 cup olive oil
2 large cans Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Campbell’s Beef Broth
1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
1 envelope Lipton French Onion Soup mix
1 small carton sour cream

Dry the beef pieces thoroughly. Brown in olive oil but do not cook. Place meat in Crockpot. Add sliced mushrooms.

Mix soups together and pour over meat. Mix thoroughly.

Sprinkle French Onion soup mix on top. Cook on low 8 hours. 30 minutes before serving, stir in sour cream.

Serve over rice or egg noodles. Enjoy!

This is a great dish for working mothers. It’s perfect for a cold night.
