POUND CAKE 
1/2 stick corn oil butter
3/4 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 lg. eggs
6 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon or coconut extract
8 oz. low fat yogurt

Sift dry ingredients, except soda, soften butter and beat until creamy. Add dry ingredients, sifted together, alternately with eggs. Add flavoring. Dissolve soda in yogurt and fold into mixture. Bake in stem pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cool in pan.
