1 lb. Oreo cookies
1/2 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 (4 oz.) pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. cold milk

This recipe is done in layers.

1st: Crush 1 pound Oreo cookies in blender. Cover bottom of pan with crumbs and 1/2 stick melted butter.

2nd: Mix 8 ounce cream cheese, powdered sugar, and Cool Whip (cream until smooth). Spread on top of cookie crumbs.

3rd: Mix in mixer 3 cups cold milk and chocolate pudding. Spread on top of second layer.

4th: Spread remaining Cool Whip on top of chocolate pudding. Top with remaining cookie crumbs.
