1 lg. bag (crushed) Oreo cookies
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
2 tbsp. butter
2 boxes instant chocolate pudding
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. cold milk

Step #1: Mix 1 (8 ounce) cream cheese with 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar and 2 tablespoons butter.

Step #2: Mix 2 boxes chocolate instant pudding with 1 1/2 cups cold milk.

Step #3: Now mix creamy mixture with pudding. Add 1 large Cool Whip (12 ounce).

Step #4: Layer crushed Oreo's alternately with chocolate mixture. Serves: +7.
