2 pkgs. instant vanilla pudding (sm. size)
3 1/2 c. cold milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
12 oz. whipped topping
2/3 pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed

Mix pudding and milk as for pudding. In separate bowl, cream together cream cheese and butter. Add pudding to this mixture. Add whipped topping to mixture. Mix 2/3 of Oreo crumbs into creamy mixture. Pour into serving bowl and top with remaining crumbs.
