3/4 bottle liquid smoke
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. celery seed
3/4 bottle Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. pepper

Cover meat with everything but salt and pepper. Marinate overnight, covered. Bake 5 hours, covered at 350 degrees. Salt and pepper last 30 minutes of cooking.
