2 c. warm water
2 pkgs. yeast
Dash of salt
Dash of sugar
2 to 3 c. flour
2 cans pizza sauce
Sausage (green pepper and onion optional)
Cheese

Combine and mix first 4 ingredients by hand in bowl, adding flour to make spreadable mixture. Put dough on 2 pizza pans and spread. Next spread on pizza sauce. Then spread on sausage and/or onion, green pepper. Add grated cheese on top. Season with salt, pepper and oregano. Bake at 475 degrees for about 15 minutes.
