MICROWAVE BREAD PUDDING 
6 slices of bread
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/3 c. raisins
2 1/2 c. milk

Tear up bread into bite-size pieces and place in microwave proof casserole dish. Blend eggs, sugars, vanilla and salt. Gradually stir in milk. Pour over bread. Stir in raisins. Cook in microwave on defrost for 20 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
