MICROWAVE BREAD PUDDING 
6-8 slices wheat or white bread
3 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. raisins

Tear bread into pieces and place in round microwave glass bowl. In separate bowl heat milk on high for 5 minutes. Stir in beaten eggs and sugar. Add salt, cinnamon, vanilla and raisins. Pour mixture over bread. Cook on high 8-9 minutes. Cool. Serve warm with milk if desired. Note: My kids love this on a cold winter morning. Nutritious too!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
