COFFEE `N SPICE CAKE 
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/3 c. hot coffee
1 pkg. coconut pecan frosting mix
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. butter, soft
3 eggs

Grease and flour 10 inch Bundt or Tube pan. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat 3 minutes at medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60-65 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cake upright in pan for 15 minutes.

Remove from pan and cool completely. If desired, drizzle with glaze made by combining 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons hot coffee and 1 tablespoon softened butter.
