SPICED COFFEE MIX 
1/2 c. instant coffee granules
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg

Mix:

Combine all ingredients, stirring well. Store at room temperature in an airtight container. Yield: 3/4 cup. (12 servings.)

To Make:

Combine 1 tablespoon coffee mix and 1 cup boiling water.

For Swedish coffee, add a strip of orange rind to 1 cup coffee; top with whipped cream.

For Mexican coffee, add 2 teaspoons chocolate syrup and 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon to 1 cup coffee; top with whipped cream.

For Turkish coffee, add 1 teaspoon honey or sugar and 1 crushed cardamom seed to 1 cup coffee; top with whipped cream.
