DEVILED DRUMSTICKS 
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. grainy mustard
2 tbsp. fresh dill; optional
Salt and pepper
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
12 chicken drum sticks

Heat the oven to 375 degrees. Coat the bottom of a large baking dish with 1 tablespoon of the oil. Combine the mustard, dill, salt, and pepper. Combine the cheese and bread crumbs. Coat the drum sticks with the mustard mixture and then roll them in the cheese mixture. Put them in the baking dish and drizzle the remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Cook the chicken in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 40 minutes. These drum sticks are good accompanied by mashed potatoes and a fresh vegetable. Serves 4.
