NEIMAN MARCUS CHOCOLATE CHIP
COOKIES
 
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix:

1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar

Add:

2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend in blender until powder:

2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. rolled oats

Add the flour/oatmeal mixture to the butter/egg/sugar mixture and mix well.

Add:

1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder

Mix all ingredients well.

Add:

12 oz. chocolate chips
1 Hershey bar, melted
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Drop golf ball sized spoonfuls, 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
