TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 (9 oz.) can tuna, drained
1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese
1 c. frozen peas & carrots, thawed
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onions
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Unbaked pie crust

Combine all ingredients, except pie crust, put in casserole and cover with pie crust. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
