TUNA CASSEROLE | |
1 lg. can solid white tuna (water packed) OR 2 (6 1/2 oz. cans) 1/2 sm. bag egg noodles (12 oz.) 1/2 sm. bag frozen peas 1 can cream of chicken soup (or mushroom, or celery) 1/2 can (use soup can) mayonnaise 1/2 can (use soup can) sour cream Grated Cheddar cheese Cook noodles according to package. Mix soup, mayonnaise and sour cream together. Stir in peas and 1/2 cup grated cheese. Lightly fold in tuna mix above with noodles. Pour into casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. You can substitute chicken or turkey for tuna and leftover gravy for the soup, mayonnaise and sour cream mixture. |
