SEAFOOD QUICHE 
1 (9 inch) unbaked pastry shell
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
2 oz. shrimp
7 oz. crab
2 green onions, thinly sliced
3 eggs
1 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of mace

Spread cheese in bottom of pastry shell. Top with shellfish and green onions. Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over top of shellfish mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until set. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
