SEAFOOD QUICHE 
1 bunch fresh broccoli
1 1/2 lb. shrimp
1 lb. crabmeat
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1 lg. onion chopped
1/2 lg. green pepper, chopped
3 celery stalks, chopped
5 green onions (tops only)
5 eggs
1/4 c. milk
Season to taste
Black pepper
Red pepper
Garlic salt
Onion salt

Set cheese and egg mixture aside. Stir shrimp, crabmeat and seasonings in pan. Cut broccoli; add into mixture. Cook until shrimp is done. Mix in egg and cheese. Add milk. Pour into pie shell. Cook in oven 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until brown. Use 2 deep dish pie shells or 4 regular shells.
