CUSTARD PIE 
4 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. sugar or honey
2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. coconut (optional)

Blend in blender on low speed for 3-4 minutes. Spray Pam on bottom of deep dish pie plate (glass) and pour mixture in. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
