RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE | |
1 unbaked 9" pie shell 4 c. rhubarb, cut up 2 eggs 1 c. sugar 1 tbsp. flour Fill pie shell with rhubarb. Combine eggs, sugar and flour. Beat until thick. Pour over rhubarb. Bake at 375 degrees until rhubarb is done, 45 to 50 minutes. |
