RHUBARB CUSTARD PIE | |
3 1/2 c. coarsely chopped fresh rhubarb 1 1/2 c. sugar 3 eggs, lightly beaten 1/4 c. half and half 1/8 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. flour 1 (8 inch) unbaked pie shell Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine first 5 ingredients in large bowl. Sprinkle flour evenly over bottom of pie shell. Pour rhubarb mixture into shell. Bake in lower 1/3 of oven until set, about 1 hour. |
