SAUERKRAUT AND PORK CHOPS 
4 lean chops
2 c. sauerkraut, drained
1 small apple, sliced

Brown chops in skillet. Mix sauerkraut with meat juices in skillet. Layer 1/2 sauerkraut and apples in casserole. Arrange the pork chops over the top. Layer remaining sauerkraut and apples. Cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°F.

One chop and 1/2 cup kraut per serving; 2 meat exchanges, 1 vegetable exchange and 1/2 fruit exchange. Contains 151 calories.
