PORK NECK BONES AND SAUERKRAUT 
2 lbs. neckbones
1 lg. jar Alabama sauerkraut
Salt and pepper to taste

Place meat in pressure cooker. Pour sauerkraut and juice over meat. Cook at 15 pounds pressure for 45 minutes.

It sounds gruesome but don't knock it til you've tried it!! My mother learned to make this dish early in her marriage from her German Nebraska farmwife mother-in-law, a dear grandma and a great cook. We had spaetzles with it, dropped on top and cooked in the liquid. Mmmmm!
