FUNNEL CAKES 
2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder

In bowl, mix milk and eggs. Stir in flour, salt and baking powder. Heat oil (3/4" in skillet). Fill 1/2 cup with batter. Drizzle batter into heated oil. Brown on both sides. Drain on paper towel. Sprinkle tops of funnel cake with powdered sugar.
