CRAB IMPERIAL 
1 c. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. sherry wine
1 tbsp. dry mustard
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 lb. jumbo lump crabmeat

Blend all ingredients except for crabmeat. After blended, add crabmeat, sprinkle with additional cheese. Bake at 375 degrees until brown on top.
