SAUTEED CHERRY TOMATOES 
6 tbsp. butter (or 1/2 butter and 1/2 olive oil)
3 pts. cherry tomatoes, stemmed, rinsed and dried
Garlic
Salt and pepper to taste

Melt butter and garlic. Add tomato and raise the heat. Shake and roll tomato in butter until shiny - no more than 5 minutes. Season to taste. Serve immediately. 6 portions.
