EASY HARVEST LOAF 
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. canned pumpkin
3/4 c. chocolate morsels
3/4 c. walnuts
1 c. raisins (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease pan. Flour pan if desired. Combine all dry ingredients. Cream butter and sugar until well mixed and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time.

Add flour and pumpkin, mixing well. Fold in morsels, nuts, and raisins. Bake 65-75 minutes or until tested done.
