SOUTH OF THE BORDER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
12 tortillas (8 oz. pkg.), cut in half
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cracker Barrel Brand Sharp Natural Cheddar Cheese

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Brown meat; drain. Add onions; cook until tender. Stir in tomato sauce and seasonings. Alternate layers of meat mixture, tortillas and cheese in 1 1/2 quart casserole; bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. 4-6 servings.
