SOUTH OF THE BORDER STACK - UP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. Kraft chili seasoning mix
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 c. chopped onion
12 tortillas
2 c. shredded cracker barrel brand, sharp natural Cheddar cheese

Brown meat. Add onion, cook until tender. Stir in seasoning mix and tomato sauce. Simmer 10 minutes. Layer tortillas, meat sauce and cheese into stacks. Place stacks in 9 x 13 x 2 inch baking dish. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Place 1 stack on top of the other for serving, if desired.
