SAUSAGE BALLS 
1 lb. pork sausage
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. sage
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. catsup
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. vinegar (apple cider)

Combine sausage, bread crumbs, sage and egg in bowl. Mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Cook in nonstick skillet over low heat until brown on all sides. Drain!

Mix catsup, brown sugar, soy sauce and vinegar. Pour over Sausage Balls; mix well, then simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until tender. Serve in a chafing dish.

Yields 32 servings.
