SESAME SHRIMP 
NOTE: EXACT AMOUNT OF BREAD CRUMBS, EGGS, FLOUR, MILK AND SESAME SEEDS IS DETERMINED BY THE AMOUNT AND SIZE OF THE SHRIMP. AMOUNTS WILL VARY.

1 to 2 lbs. sm. or med. shrimp
Italian style bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. milk
Sesame seeds
Salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder (to taste)

Clean and devein shrimp. Rinse well. In medium bowl combine flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder (to individual taste). Place sesame seeds in a separate bowl. In smaller bowl combine eggs and milk.

Dip shrimp in egg mixture, then into flour mixture, then into egg mixture and finally into sesame seeds. Deep fry or pan fry in hot oil. Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
