CRAB DIP 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
About 1/3 carton sour cream (or more, if desired)
1 bundle green onions, tops only, chopped
1-2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 lb. crab, imitation crab sticks or crab hunks, chopped

Mix together and let set at room temperature about 1 hour, stirring occasionally to mix flavor. Refrigerate. Serve with Ritz Crackers.
