SWEDISH NUTS 
4 c. walnuts, pecans, Brazil nuts (unsalted)
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar
An assortment of cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, cardamom, allspice (about 3 tsp. in all)

Make a meringue of egg whites; beat until stiff. Add sugar by tablespoonfuls. Add spice. Stir in nuts. Coat with meringue. Pour onto 2 greased cookie sheets. Bake at 300 degrees, stirring frequently to separate nuts. Bake until coating is dry. Best ever!
