CREAMY CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
3 tbsp. butter
3 blocks (3 oz.) unsweetened baking chocolate
3 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter in small saucepan. Add baking chocolate and cook over very low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Pour into small mixing bowl. Add powdered sugar, salt, milk and vanilla; beat until well blended. Chill 10 to 15 minutes or until of spreading consistency.

Makes about 2 cups frosting.
