Rich & Creamy Chocolate Frosting

I was worried that the melted chocolate would seize up on me when I transferred it to the other bowl but it didn't. I only used 2 cups of confectioners sugar and it was plenty sweet. I used heavy whipping cream instead of the milk and it whipped up better and was not grainy. I'd definitely make it again! It is really good! Better than the store bought stuff with all the fake stuff.

I made it just as the recipe stated, it is very sweet (as a frosting should be) and very creamy. I've been looking for a good chocolate frosting, I think this is the one. I will make it again.
