RICH AND CREAMY CHOCOLATE
FROSTING
 
1/3 c. butter
1 c. mini morsels
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. sifted confectioners sugar
5 tbsp. milk

Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Stir in morsels until melted. Transfer to a small bowl. Add salt and vanilla. Gradually beat in confectioners sugar, alternately with the milk. Yield: about 2 1/4 cups frosting, enough to fill and frost 2 (9-inch) layers.
