EASY CREAMY CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
6 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
1/4 c. butter
1 (16 oz.) pkg. confectioners sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Melt butter and chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly. Cool slightly. Combine sugar, salt, milk and vanilla in a bowl. Add chocolate mixture and blend well. Let stand, stirring occasionally, until thick enough to spread. To hasten this process you can place the bowl in a pan of ice and water. Makes 2 1/2 cups which is enough for top and sides of two 8 or 9-inch layers.
