FREEZER COLE SLAW 
1 head cabbage
1 green pepper, chopped
1 carrot, grated

DRESSING:

1/2 c. white vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/8 c. water
1 tsp. mustard seed

Shred cabbage fine. Sprinkle with salt and let set for 2 hours. Drain and add green pepper and carrot. Boil dressing for 2 minutes and cool. When cool, pour over cabbage mixture and toss; stir gently. Freeze.
