Peel and boil 8 or 10 potatoes.

ice together with:

1/2 lb. diced Velveeta cheese
1/4 c. diced onion
1/4 lb. bacon, fried crisp, crumbled
3 tbsp. bacon drippings
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing

Mix together in oblong cake pan. Sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
