POLISH STYLE RANCH POTATOES 
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. red pepper
1/3 c. butter
8 baking potatoes
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. McCormick Season-All

Cut baking potatoes in quarters lengthwise, and place pared in ice water for 30 minutes. Melt butter in large baking pan. Combine first 7 ingredients in paper bag, add a few potatoes at a time; shake until well coated. Place potatoes in pan; try not to overlap. Bake in 375 degree oven for 1 hour or until tender.
