OVEN MEATBALLS 
2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. uncooked oatmeal
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. salt, or less

Combine all ingredients; mix lightly but thoroughly. Shape into 4 dozen small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place in 15 1/2 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan.

Brown in moderate oven (375 degrees) 25 to 30 minutes. Serve meatballs in gravy or sauce. Serves 8.
