CINDY'S CHICKEN AND PEACHES 
1 1/2 c. uncooked chicken, diced or cut into strips
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen snow peas
8 oz. sliced peaches, fresh, frozen or canned
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Fry chicken in hot oil in large pan or wok until lightly browned. Add garlic powder and snow peas. Stir until snow peas separate. Add sugar, lemon juice, and 1/2 cup chicken broth with 1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved into it. Simmer until it thickens. Add peaches and heat until just warmed through. Serve with hot rice.
