SPICED PEACHES AND CHICKEN 
1 c. orange juice
1 1/2 c. sliced canned peaches
2 tbsp. sugar
2 1/2 lb. chicken, cut up
1/2 c. flour
2 tbsp. vinegar
Nutmeg, basil, crushed garlic
Salt & pepper

Combine juice, peaches, sugar, vinegar, nutmeg, basil and garlic; cook slowly for 10 minutes. Coat chicken in flour, salt, pepper and fry in oil. Pour off oil. Pour sauce over chicken. Simmer 20-30 minutes. Serves 6.
